Biochemical filter is the core component of biomedical instrument. In order to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis and analysis, biochemical filters have high requirements for narrow bandwidth and cut-off depth. They can only pass through some specific bands of light, and the half bandwidth is usually between 8nm and 10nm, while the cutoff depth of other bands is above OD4. The spectral band of biochemical filter is usually from 200nm to 1100nm.
Biochemical filters are widely used in clinical biomedical and biochemical instruments, such as PCR instrument, enzyme reader, biochemical analyzer, and other analysis and detection equipment.
Our biochemical filters are coated with ion assisted coating. It can ensure high transmittance and cut-off depth above OD4, and control the bandwidth tolerance within ± 2nm. The unique coating processing makes the biochemical filter wavelength accurate and durable.
