Abstract: aspheric lens is becoming more and more important in some high-precision optical systems. And like other optical lenses, its surface must meet the same quality standards in surface shape accuracy and surface roughness. In this paper, the surface characteristics of aspheric lens are deeply studied theoretically, the calculation method of aspheric lens surface characteristics is proposed, the formula for calculating aspheric lens surface characteristics is given, and the fitting error of aspheric lens surface characteristics is analyzed. Taking K9 glass aspherical optical lens as an example, its surface characteristic function is discussed in detail. The results show that the surface characteristic function of aspheric lens has high accuracy, and its fitting error is better than ± 30 nm.

As an important optical element, aspheric lens plays an important role in the optical system. Flat window,Manufacturer of spherical lensAn aspherical lens plays a better role in the optical system than 3 ~ 4 spherical lenses. The main reason is that the spherical lens has spherical aberration in the optical system, such as transverse deviation, axis deviation and angle deviation, which limits the application of spherical lens in the optical system. The aspherical lens has the ability to eliminate spherical aberration, which greatly improves the application range of aspherical lens in optical system.
The research on aspheric lens is mainly in two aspects. 1. Use optical design software (such as code V and ZEMAX) to design aspheric lens, so as to solve the problems of light transmission and imaging in aspheric lens; The preparation process of aspheric surface was studied.
The fitting degree of aspheric surface has been deeply studied abroad, Flat window,Manufacturer of spherical lensand the fitting method of aspheric surface is less studied. Hector proposed an algorithm suitable for conical aspherical curve; Zhang proposed an aspheric parameter calculation algorithm based on linear least square method; Gugsa et al. Obtained the best contour of the standard surface by changing the value of the cone constant K and using the maximum value method of the least square method. The above method only considers a single standard surface. When measuring aspheric surface, the estimation of cone constant K will deviate due to different polynomial coefficients. In this paper, through theoretical analysis, the aspheric surface characteristic function is established, and taking K9 glass as an example, the aspheric surface characteristic function is discussed, and its fitting error is analyzed.
